About Me

I am an accredited member of the BACP with a passion for supporting people through life's challenges. My practice is built on warmth, trust and the belief that everyone deserves to be truly heard.

My Approach

Person-Centred & Integrative

I trained as an Integrative counsellor, so I am able to draw on different theoretical approaches and tailor my work to what suits you best. I see the therapeutic relationship as central to our work together.

Confidential & Safe

Everything we discuss stays between us. I work within strict ethical boundaries to ensure your privacy and wellbeing are always protected.

Creative & Flexible

I adapt my approach to suit you. For younger clients this may include play, art and creative activities. For adults, it may be conversation-led with gentle reflection.

BACP Accredited

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical framework. I engage in regular supervision and continued professional development.

Background & Qualifications

I trained as an Integrative counsellor at a leading counselling institution and hold a diploma in therapeutic counselling. This means I am able to draw on different theoretical approaches and tailor the work to what suits you best. Over the years I have worked in schools, community settings and private practice, gaining experience with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, bereavement, family difficulties, trauma and low self-esteem.

I continue to develop my skills through specialist training in areas such as working with children and young people, trauma-informed practice and creative therapeutic interventions. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

Outside of counselling, I value balance and creativity — I believe that the best practitioners are those who look after themselves too.
